I reviewed a 2016 model but the 2017 is exactly the same. Nearly identical visually to the original 69-cubic-inch-powered (1100cc) Scout, the newer Scout Sixty is priced at $8,999 which is $2,300 less and better-suited for a rider still new to motorcycling. Getting furniture during pandemic has been less than ideal but Diana definitely helped in making it go smoothly.Women Riders Now contributor Sash Walker loved the Indian Scout reviewed here in autumn 2014. Side table is also on pre-order, so guess I’ll watch and wait again. Later we set the table up & it looks great, all went well! I have since contacted Diana regarding a side table, again she’s been helpful & delightful. It was in two boxes but extremely heavy so that helped tremendously. The 3rd party delivery company was great, super nice guys & they took the table to my living room vs the front door. The table was actually delivered earlier than I anticipated which was great as I figured it would be delayed due to covid & how long it’s taking for truck deliveries. Once it was in stock, I contacted Diana again to confirm, she emailed back with how many were in fact in stock and gave me a good estimate of shipping turnaround. Diana always had an updated date and answered all of my questions about the product. The coffee table I wanted was on pre-order so I watched for 3-4 months and made several inquiries with Diana until it was in stock. It is also VERY hard to buy furniture online without seeing it in person, and having a no return policy makes it even harder. I was a little hesitant about ordering from S&N as I don’t personally know anyone who has purchased here before. Dianna has been such a professional, and I will continue to order through Scout & Nimble because of customer service like Dianna provided, especially for large furniture items because this is what I'm looking for in a company. I'm sure that COVID has created so much stress for Scout & Nimble, but you would never know it. Each time she got back to me promptly and was so kind. Yet, Dianna constantly kept me updated about the delays and made several calls to the delivery company to see when they might be able to deliver my pieces. I had ordered two small drink tables that were backordered and then were also affected by shipping delays. I want to especially share a recent experience with Dianna Harris. However, what I'm really impressed by is how they've been able to maintain such a wonderful customer experience during COVID. I have ordered several different furniture pieces from Scout & Nimble and the customer service has always been stellar. In fact, my experience was SO positive that I reached out to Diana and asked her to let me know who I could tell about this- because it is that rare! Thank you again!! This was my first order from Scout and Nimble and I am already looking forward to ordering more from them based on this experience. She was professional, communicative, timely in her responses! Her easy communication meant my anxiety over the delivery was nonexistent and, after years of dealing with this, I truly could not be more grateful. My desk took awhile to arrive- as was very clearly communicated to me when I ordered it- but as the date neared and I was checking on the shipping status, Diana Harris was an absolute angel to work with. We had a house under construction when COVID hit and have experienced every furniture delay and frustration there is out there right now. I can't say enough good things about my first experience working with Scout & Nimble! At a time when everyone is overloaded and backordered and overworked, S & N was a true standout in showing how much communication is key. I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future. When I shared this felt like a lot of hoops to jump through, the associate interrupted me and told me all of this was in writing in their policies. Luckiily mine could however, the associate then told I would need to email their customer support (she couldn't start the process over the phone.) Then she shared that I could receive a full refund if I wanted it in the form of store credit, but if I wasn't interested in store credit, I would have to pay shipping (both their cost and my cost to ship back which amounted to over $100 for two small pendant lights) for the items. The associate I spoke to said she would first have to check to see whether the items could be returned as many could not (?). I first had to call to inquire about how to make a return because there were limited details on their site. When I went to return, there were too many hoops to jump through. Ultimately, though, they didn't fit the design for my project. I received my items quickly and they were as described on the website.
